The combine harvester demolition derby is 4 weeks away. The event has been a blast to attend in years past.

I get using old cars for demolition derbie s , but old combines? Even cheap used combines are too expensive for this nonsense!

I’m thinking the ones they use are obsolete. Farming is so commercial that its not worth wasting time with old slow equipment that can’t take a header wide enough to make harvesting worth their while.

Worth it. The event is kind of the big community fundraiser for an extremely small town, the food is good, and the people friendly.
